We’re excited to reward our amazing customers with the Munchies Loyalty Program! By joining and collecting stamps, you agree to the following simple rules:

1. Earning Stamps

   • You’ll receive 1 stamp for every order over £10.
   • Only one stamp per day can be earned, no matter how much you spend or how many orders you place.
   • Stamps can be collected on in-house orders (dine-in or collection at the till) and on orders placed through our website lovemunchies.co.uk.
   • Orders placed through third-party platforms or via phone do not qualify for stamps.

2. Expiry & Validity

   • Stamps are valid for 120 days from the date your first stamp is earned. After that, your stamp balance will reset.
   • Rewards linked to those stamps must also be claimed before the expiry date.

3. Rewards

   • Rewards are pre-set and cannot be exchanged for cash or swapped for other menu items.
   • Any chargeable extras or add-ons chosen with your reward item will be charged separately.
   • Rewards must be redeemed using the QR code in the official Munchies app. Screenshots or copied codes won’t be accepted.

4. Fair Use

   • Munchies may cancel stamps or rewards if we detect misuse, such as impersonation or fraudulent activity.
   • Stamps and rewards can be collected and redeemed at any Munchies location.

5. Updates & Changes

   • Munchies reserves the right to update, amend, or change the Loyalty Program, rewards, or stamp policy at any time without prior notice.
